Staff Quarters: Construction of 1st Phase of 16 staff quarters is over .Staff members have occupied the quarters which are of 2 categories –8/B & 8/C type .

Guest House: The Center has a air conditioned guest house attached to the main building

Canteen: The Center has a canteen attached to the main building,which provides meals to staff and students at a subsidized rate .

Students Hostel: The Center has 2 hostels, one attached to the main institute building and another in sector 70 Mohali for outstation students.

The Centre has an impressive building located amongst a number of prestigious electronics industries. 10 acres of land for the Institute building has been provided free of cost by the Govt. of Punjab.The building has approx. 4300 sq.mt. covered area.The institute 13 laboratories,a conference room and an auditorium.
